How to Use:

1. Remove the protective strip and stick to the inside of your underwear
2. Dispose of wrapping in the bin - do not flush
3. Change your pad every 3-5 hours, depending on flow
4. Wrap used pads in wrapper or toilet paper and dispose of in bin
