Sticky Date with Seasonal Fruit

This is an ever-popular cake on our cake menu so I thought I would share the goodness with you all. It is a beautifully soft cake with seasonal fruit of your choice, we recommend pears, feijoas, and apples but you could use anything you love with sticky date. Or even leave the fruit out. It has warming spices and it is perfect served warm as a pudding or cooled and iced as a cake. As the warmer evenings are upon us it is a wonderful evening treat.

This cake kit is gluten-free (coeliac certified), and also has an option to be dairy-free,

What you need: eggs, butter/coconut oil, yoghurt/coconut cream, seasonal fruit

Spiced Gingerbread

This Spiced Gingerbread Cake Kit is the cake that started Sage and Grace. It has been a crowd favourite since well before the beginning and is the perfect cake for a cool evening with salted caramel drizzled all over it.

Serves 14 - as a double layer cake, or bake into mini cakes/muffins and freeze to enjoy later.

Adjust baking time slightly

Gluten-Free (coeliac certified)

All you need to add is milk, butter, eggs and molasses/golden syrup (optional)

Cake Kit Ingredients

S&G Gluten-Free Organic Flour Blend (brown rice flour, buckwheat flour, tapioca, guar gum), brown sugar, ground ginger (4.5%), ground cinnamon (3%), baking soda, salt.

Chocolate & Raspberry

This is a fluffy choccie cake that is not overly sweet. It has a beautiful nutty flavour from the buckwheat flavour while being nut-free. It is the perfect gift for someone who loves to bake and even better for someone who is gluten and dairy-free.

Gluten-Free (coeliac certified)

It is naturally dairy-free and refined sugar-free.

Vegan option

Serves 16 - as a double layer cake, or bake into mini cakes/muffins and freeze to enjoy later. Adjust baking time slightly

All you need to add is coconut cream, eggs (or chia seeds) and raspberries
