Our nappies come with a 5 layer Cotton/bamboo. This insert is quick to absorb, drawing moisture away from the skin. You can use this insert against the skin OR in the pocket. You can then add other inserts, like bamboo, to give more absorption and longer between nappy changes. Extra bamboo inserts coming soon
